About the Opportunity:This exciting opportunity has become available due to the growth and success of Specsavers' established audiology businesses in these areas. As a joint venture partner, you will have the freedom to manage your own business while benefiting from the support and resources of Specsavers.

- You'll receive comprehensive induction training in clinical standards and business management.

- You'll enjoy a guaranteed salary ranging between $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus superannuation paid fortnightly, annual profit paid quarterly once the business is profitable, and the future value of your shares in the business paid upon retirement.
- You'll also enjoy five weeks of annual leave plus birthday leave.
