Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that create measurable business value. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to solve complex, real-world problems using data-driven approaches. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of ML applications, from natural language processing and computer vision to predictive modeling and recommendation systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and Development: Build and deploy machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches, tailored to solve business problems.
Data Collaboration: Partner with data scientists to clean, preprocess, and engineer features from large and complex datasets.
ML Pipelines: Develop robust, scalable end-to-end ML pipelinesfrom data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
Production Integration: Work with engineering teams to seamlessly integrate ML solutions into production systems and applications.
Performance Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest ML/AI research and implement advanced algorithms for use cases such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation engines, and fraud detection.
Collaboration & Documentation: Participate in code reviews, maintain clear model documentation, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Skills Required
Programming: Proficiency in Python (preferred), with strong knowledge of libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
ML Techniques: Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
Data Engineering: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large-scale datasets.
Cloud & Deployment: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools for model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, FastAPI, TensorFlow Serving).
Software Engineering: Strong software development practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders.
