We provide a wide range of support services available to NDIS participants within Sydney, operating 24/7 to meet their needs.

Role Description

This is a casual ongoing role for a Support Worker. The Support Worker will assist participants in accessing and maintaining employment or education, coordinating life stages and transitions, and managing daily personal activities. Other responsibilities include arranging travel and transport, providing community nursing care, and supporting daily life tasks in group or shared living arrangements. The role also involves participating in community, social, and civic activities, developing daily living skills, and engaging in innovative community participation and group-centered activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Support Worker
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding and Technical Support
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Empathy, patience, and understanding toward people with disabilities
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare, social work, or a related field
