Associate Recruitment Consultant | Project Management & White Collar Construction | Power Transmission & Distribution | Renewable Energy

I'm seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a leading contractor delivering major transmission and distribution projects across Western Australia.

This site-based position will see you supervising the construction of powerline and substation infrastructure in regional and remote locations. You'll be part of a well-established team with a strong track record delivering power infrastructure across the state.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities on transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
  • Lead and mentor electrical crews and subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of works.
  • Oversee installation of HV equipment, including conductors, transformers, switchgear, and associated infrastructure.
  • Drive compliance with WHS legislation, environmental obligations, and project quality systems.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and client representatives to ensure smooth delivery of works.
  • Maintain accurate site records, report on progress, and assist with issue resolution.
  • Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and uphold a strong site safety culture.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience supervising electrical works on powerlines and/or substations.
  • Strong understanding of HV construction, sequencing, and commissioning processes.
  • Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in remote project locations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Qualifications
  • WA "A Grade" Electrical Licence (or recognised equivalent).
  • HV switching and additional industry authorisations highly regarded.
