About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Digital & Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for delivering engaging content, managing digital platforms, and supporting marketing initiatives. You will work in a high-performing, collaborative, and supportive team, bringing creative ideas to life across various digital and traditional marketing channels.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to content marketing, digital strategy, and stakeholder communications, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence for Perks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content for web, social, email, podcasts, and video.
  • Plan and execute the social media calendar and eDM campaigns.
  • Oversee podcast and video production from planning to publishing.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to manage initiatives including website content and SEO.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Maintain marketing collateral, databases, and internal/external communications.
  • Track campaign performance, budgets, and workflows.
  • Support events, internal communications, and admin tasks.
About You
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with the agility to pivot and prioritise workflows. You will excel at balancing stakeholder management with hands-on execution to deliver high-quality content and campaigns.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years' experience in a similar marketing role, with experience in a professional services environment highly regarded but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to produce compelling content, including editorial, social media, and marketing communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Experience with SEO, website management, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Interpersonal skills and a client service mindset.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
