Role: Casual Catering Assistant

Location: Holden Hill, South Australia, Australia. The role is based in the large-scale Central Kitchen at Holden Hill.

What you'll do
  • Support the Chefs with meal preparation and distribution.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation and maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Operate industrial dish washers to ensure equipment cleanliness.
  • Provide support for various other kitchen tasks and duties.
About you
  • Previous experience in meal preparation and food handling.
  • Experience working within a production kitchen environment (desirable).
  • An understanding of dietary requirements of older people.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • APolice Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups, no less than 12 months old upon commencement.
