Support Worker, Children Services – Albury

We are expanding in Albury and seek a dedicated Support Worker to provide personalised support for children and young people with significant disabilities. This is a vital role focused on delivering high-quality care, promoting independence and building meaningful connections.

Responsibilities
  • Offer essential care and support to children and young people, including assistance with personal care and daily living skills.
  • Plan and attend appointments and activities to promote social interaction and skill development.
  • Complete daily case notes, administrative tasks, and incident reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and have relevant experience OR hold a Certificate IV in Disability Services, Community Services, Individual Support or equivalent.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive.
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Check (NDISWC).
  • Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster.

  • Competitive base rate of $34.58 to $37.73 per hour + casual and shift loadings (SCHADS Award) and Super (12%).
