About the opportunity

We have an exciting 12 month contract opportunity available for a Project Officer in our Managed Fund Claims Business here at QBE. This role will be key in the support and coordination of project streams and maintaining project management disciplines and documentation.

The key responsibilities for this role include the following, but not limited to:

  • Supporting continuous improvement of project plans and project streams aligned to project management QBE discipline
  • Performing regular project reporting including measures of success, project milestones, quality, risks, dependencies
  • Support and coordination of the project from scoping to embedding using QBE methodologies and processes
  • Perform regular project management activities including tracking and intervention to ensure programs are delivered to scope, budget and schedule expectations
  • Support the management of stakeholder relationships and ways of working including providing project updates and attending project meetings
  • Support the creation of high quality presentation packs for executive audiences
  • Assist in the development of communications and change plans to support the business during change
