Capability Psychology & Wellness is growing, and we're excited to welcome an experienced and motivated Psychologist (General or Clinical) or Mental Health Occupational Therapist to our Springwood team.
We've just expanded into a beautiful new 8-room clinic, with strong referral streams (15–20 new referrals weekly) and a reputation for compassionate, down-to-earth care.
If you love delivering meaningful therapy, want to be part of a supportive and collaborative team, and enjoy shaping your own caseload — this could be the perfect fit.
About the RoleWe have a full-time position available, with the flexibility to start part-time and grow into a full caseload over time.
Presentations you'll support:
Psychologists – Anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion regulation, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, life transitions.
Occupational Therapists – Sensory regulation, emotional development, school readiness, daily living skills, social participation, mental health support for children and adolescents.
Employment options: Contractor or employee arrangements available, with the freedom to shape your week and maintain work-life balance.

Salary$100,000 – $140,000 + super (FTE), negotiable based on experience
Generous contractor split available – earnings potential up to $150,000+ depending on caseload
