About the Opportunity

Elders is embarking on a transformation program to enhance its operations and deliver more efficient outcomes for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate discussions with project and business stakeholders to map as-is and to-be processes and procedures.
  • Analyse workflows to create process maps and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Analyse the projects functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess changes and impacts to ensure that strategy and transition planning meet program objectives.
  • Support business readiness assessments and change engagement activities.
Requirements

You will have proven experience in a senior business analyst or consultant role delivering outcomes for a multi-project digital transformation program.

You will be a skilled communicator with a consultative approach and the ability to develop relationships among many stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRMs is highly desirable.

The role will be offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend.
