As Director of Nursing, you will oversee all nursing and clinical support operations, ensuring that strategic priorities are effectively aligned with clinical quality and operational performance. This role requires a leader who can translate strategic direction into measurable outcomes, particularly across areas such as staffing, safety, and service innovation. You will be responsible for driving compliance with NSQHS accreditation standards and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
