    About The Role

    As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, KPIs, and team development within your store. You must be an autonomous and proactive leader, responsible for creating brand awareness among commercial, residential, and retail clientele across Tweed.

    Skills & Experience
    • Previous retail management experience within a consultative environment
    • Experience in trades, electrical, or homeware industry is highly regarded
    • Previous experience managing a team of at least 5
    • Ability to meet, drive, and exceed KPIs
    • Exceptional customer service with a focus on creating a unique and rewarding experience for all
    • Strong ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the store
    • Experience in coaching and developing teams to deliver sales success
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent organisational skills with outstanding time management
    • Proven ability to deliver excellent operational management
    • Successful operation of all aspects of store performance
    • Strong visual merchandising skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Full drivers licence required
