Overview

Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) at Avis Budget Group – Brisbane. Immediate hiring for a passionate, energetic and motivated candidate to join a growing Avis Budget Group team in a friendly and empowering sales environment.

Responsibilities
  • Be the face of the brand by interacting with customers at the rental counter
  • Complete rental bookings and respond to general customer inquiries
  • Establish customer car rental needs by actively listening
  • Review ABG's add-ons and services to determine what best suits the customer
  • Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
  • Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
Qualifications
  • Applicants must have a full and valid driver's licence
  • Full-time position with availability to work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
