Starting salary of $72,500 inclusive of Superannuation.

Assessment Centre

Successful candidates will be invited to attend our assessment centre day. You will have the opportunity to network with some of our current graduates to learn more about our program and company while also taking part in a group activity.

Interviews

The final interview will be conducted in person at our office locations. We will discuss your aspirations, problem-solving skills, technical concepts, and industry knowledge.

Offer Stage

Offers extended to Graduate Cohort for 2026 in August 2026.

Joining as part of our graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and privately-owned company. You'll get to:

• Prepare planning applications for projects of varying scale and budgets
• Support Senior Planners working with a wide range of clients, with potential to take on more client management responsibilities as your role and experience grows
• Collaborate with engineers, urban designers and other professionals on integrated projects
• Connect and share knowledge with our team of Town Planners across other geographies

• Qualifications in Town Planning within the last two years
• A curious and proactive nature; ability to challenge the status quo and look for continuous improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to deliver information succinctly and present with seamless communication
• Previous experience in Town Planning in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded

Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in QLD, VIC, NSW, SA, and the ACT.
