Responsibilities (Text Only)With a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration, this role will give the opportunity to leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against your customer's transformation needs. - The Account Executive owns the customer relationship end-to-end, partnering with an Account Technology Strategist (ATS) with additional emphasis on driving BDM relationships and AI Transformation. - Strategic sales planning, pipeline generation, and orchestration of the full account team to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met are critical components of the AE role - Use digital signals to identify and prioritize customer needs and opportunities - Lead on Commercial negotiations - Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies. - Orchestrate full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft. - Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer's business, industry priorities to drive new business opportunities/ drive growth/net new business within the Retail sector - Builds and maintains a strong knowledge of customers' industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions.Gains deeper insights and knowledge through direct engagement in their customers' business and operations. Qualifications (Text Only)Minimum Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of experience working in a relevant industry (e.g., Healthcare, Government, Education, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail), driving digital transformation, and/or relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology). - OR Experience in Consumer Goods Tech Sales, with a proven track record of success. - Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop new business, and manage territory-level opportunities. - Understanding of digital transformation drivers in the Consumer Goods sector. - Experience engaging with mid-to-senior level executives and influencing strategic decisions. - Ability to work effectively with remote teams and partners. - Technical acumen to engage in solution conversations and drive value-based outcomes Desired Skills - Strong communication and storytelling skills. - Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and resilience in the face of ambiguity. - Inclusive approach that fosters collaboration and diversity. - Experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
