THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced, driven and confident Ecommerce & Operations Director to join Nimble as part of our senior leadership team.

In this role, you'll be accountable for:

  • leading & optimising our entire ecommerce operations to drive revenue growth, profitability and enhanced customer experience
  • leading & optimising our operations strategy and execution to achieve operational excellence across the business (including fulfilment, customer service, logistics, technology, analytics)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ecommerce P&L accountability & management : including preparing, forecasting & executional ownership of ecommerce P&L, driving revenue growth whilst optimising profitability
  • Ecommerce strategy & execution : own the end-to-end ecommerce strategy, including site performance as well as identification of new opportunities to grow revenue and optimise customer acquisition
  • Planning : Oversee all annual and quarterly planning, ensuring cross functional collaboration with marketing
  • Leadership : lead and mentor ecommerce & operations team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering collaboration
  • Operations :
  • oversee logistics, supply chain, fulfilment and customer service to ensure operational excellence whilst maintaining margin optimisation
  • identify and implement operational projects to support business efficiency & growth
  • Analytics: oversee analytics and reporting capabilities across the business
  • Technology & Innovation : stay on top of technology trends & innovation to evolve the tools used across the business

ABOUT YOU

  • You have proven experience across both Ecommerce trade as well as D2C operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
  • You have had a minimum of 3 years experience holding P&L accountability
  • You have excellent leadership & team management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • You thrive on being up-to-date with digital trends, the latest platforms and are a champion of innovation
  • You are proactive with ideas, able to craft business plans and provide analysis around key business initiatives
  • You are strategic in mindset but operationally strong—able to think big picture while managing the detail and momentum of multiple workstreams
