SAP seeks graduates for a 12-15 month Academy program to develop skills in consulting, project management, and technology support within Business Transformation Services.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting graduate program with classroom learning and rotations across consulting, project management, technical, and solution support teams.
  • Support customers in digital transformation through Business Transformation Services, including enterprise architecture guidance and change management advisory.
  • Assist in planning and executing solution deployments, testing, issue resolution, and system landscape operations (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).
  • Engage in customer workshops, trainings, and delivery of system optimization services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapt to new technologies and demonstrate problem-solving, communication, and time management skills during training and rotations.
About You

What you\'ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary study.
  • 0-3 years' experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Interest in technology, innovation, and digital platforms solving business challenges.
  • Good communication, listening, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Resourceful, ambitious, resilient, proactive, open-minded, and able to manage pressure.
  • Basic understanding of business and IT interdependencies in transformation programs.
  • General knowledge of IT trends, preferably SAP Cloud solutions and services.
  • Preferred Enterprise Architecture or Analytics exposure for recent customer digital transformation and data-driven decision-making journey.
