1919 Lanzhou Beef Noodle brings the flavors of traditional Lanzhou Beef Noodle to our customers. Our clear soup base, aromatic meat, and handmade noodles are highly praised.

We are seeking experienced cooks to join our teams in multiple locations including NSW Burwood, Eastwood, Macquarie University, QLD Garden City, Australia Fair, and SA Rundle Mall, Marion Westfield, among others. Join us to enhance your cooking skills and grow with us

Main Responsibilities:
  • Food preparation including meat and vegetables
  • Beef stock preparation
  • Cooking dishes, including hand-pulled noodles and dumplings
  • Preparing food according to customer orders and dietary needs
  • Maintaining food quality, safety, and restaurant compliance
  • Kitchen presentation and cleanliness
  • Managing kitchen costs and budgets
  • Assisting with menu adjustments, staff scheduling, and inventory
  • Plating meals and garnishing
  • Storing food properly
  • Training kitchen staff as needed
Requirements:
  • At least one year of professional experience in hand-pulled noodle making
  • At least one year of full-time experience in a professional kitchen
  • Focus on quality and presentation
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
