About the Role

This dual-function role supports the effective implementation and ongoing improvement of our Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) systems. You'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day HSW activities, managing system administration, and supporting reporting and compliance processes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and coordinate HSW systems and reporting tools (Power BI, Smartsheet)
  • Support RTWSA documentation and self-insurance requirements
  • Maintain legal and risk registers, contractor and chemical registers
  • Coordinate audits, inspections, and training schedules
  • Assist with HSW learning modules and wellbeing initiatives
  • Provide admin support for HSW meetings and governance activities
  • Process HSW-related invoices and manage accurate data entry
  • Support social compliance activities including SMETA administration
Qualifications
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing needs
