OzKleen – the Aussie-owned FMCG brand behind some of the nation's favourite cleaning products – is looking for a driven National Account Manager to take the reins, manage key retail accounts, and make an impact.

You'll be negotiating big wins with major supermarkets, keeping stock moving, building brand exposure through marketing and social media, and spotting new opportunities before anyone else. This is a hands-on role where autonomy, initiative, and results are everything.

Manage and grow national retail accounts (including major supermarkets and household names).

Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trading terms to maximise profitability.

Monitor category performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Oversee stock control, forecasting, and ordering to maintain supply continuity.

Liaise with suppliers, production, and logistics to keep operations running smoothly.

Collaborate with marketing to deliver campaigns in-store, online, and via social media.

Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, search (SEO/SEM), and paid advertising.

Drive business development in new channels and markets.

Line-management for a Graphic Design Assistant and Warehouse Direct Sales Assistant.

Proven FMCG account management or national sales experience.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of supply chain and stock management.

Creative approach to marketing and digital brand promotion.

Sharp commercial acumen and the confidence to think outside the box.

Exceptional time management and the ability to work independently.
