Job Summary:
Embrace a meaningful role as an Area Manager, responsible for the compassionate collection of beloved pets for cremation. Your caring touch will bring comfort to others.
InvoCare is an industry leader within the funeral industry, operating over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries, and 29 crematoria throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
We are the leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint, proudly partnering with both veterinarian practices and their clients to offer pet cremation services.
Duties of a Delivery Driver:
- Carrying out pet collections from veterinary clinics, handling deceased animals with respect and dignity.
- Collecting pets from owners' homes.
- Returning pet ashes to clients at home and in veterinary clinics.
- Reviewing and accurately fulfilling system requirements with attention to detail.
- Maintaining vehicle and work areas at the highest standards.
- Navigating daily runs efficiently.
About You:
- A passion for helping others at difficult times.
- Compassion for animals and emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication.
- Strong organisational skills and a clean work ethic.
- Ability to handle deceased pets professionally and compassionately.
- Capable of lifting pets of all sizes using safe lifting procedures (up to 25kg).
- Current driver's license required.
