Position Details

Gardener / Lawn Mowing / General Garden Maintenance

The Salt Foundation has a great opportunity for a passionate gardener to join our team. This role involves providing garden care to NDIS participants throughout Heidelberg and surrounding suburbs. Experience is preferred but not essential. All necessary equipment is provided.

Skills and Requirements
  • The physical strength to perform lifting, landscaping, and general maintenance duties.
  • The ability to operate tools, machinery, and equipment for grounds maintenance.
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Established in 2011, The Salt Foundation is a not-for-profit Christian charity providing support services to people living with disabilities. We are a registered NDIS provider committed to promoting physical, social, and mental well-being.

Application Requirements

Applicants must have or be willing to obtain before employment:

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • NDIS orientation module
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Access to a personal motor vehicle
  • Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
