Job Title: Principal Consultant / Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced technology specialist to lead our Melbourne Data and AI team as a Principal Consultant/Team Leader.

About the Role

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Melbourne, and you will be working closely with our East Coast Data and AI practice led by Bruce Anderson.

As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will oversee projects, lead technical teams, and drive business growth. Your expertise in designing and delivering solutions using multiple Microsoft Azure data platform services, IoT, advanced analytics, and Power BI will be crucial in this role.

  • Leadership: Collaborate with Practice Leads to develop and implement business strategies, provide guidance to team members, and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Design and deliver cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Azure Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Analysis Services, Stream Analytics, and IoT Hub.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to proposal development and RFP responses.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or equivalent in professional services, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Significant expertise in designing and delivering solutions using multiple Microsoft Azure data platform services, IoT, advanced analytics, and Power BI.
  • TOGAF certification is highly desirable.
