About the Role

We are seeking Expressions of Interest for an experienced Project Change Control Manager. Reporting to the Project Management Office Lead, this role will coordinate all activities relating to change requests, including tracking and auditing to maintain project stability.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have relevant qualifications and strong experience in change management within a large energy or linear infrastructure project. You will have proven experience in change management principles, techniques and tools, and strong business acumen.

Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, resulting in exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Creation of change management plans

· Identification of risks and development of mitigation strategies

· Extensive consultation, coaching and mentoring throughout the

organisation and externally to ensure seamless integration

· Comfortable working independently or collaboratively, managing

multiple priorities, and tackling new tasks.
