What You'll Do

  • Maintain and service our transport fleet: Kenworth, Isuzu, trailers, and over 100 pieces of auxiliary equipment
  • Conduct diagnostic work on Cummins, Caterpillar, and Isuzu engines, plus hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Handle breakdown repairs, schedule maintenance, and support equipment purchases
  • Train and develop team members—your leadership matters here
  • Bring additional skills like welding and A/C work (a big plus)

Who You Are

  • Trade-qualified
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to assist with planning and scheduling
  • A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bonus points for experience in welding, A/C work, and a passion for building processes
