As part of the school/college office team, provide a broad range of general administrative support consisting of effective and efficient client services and advice, and operation of school/college based accounting, maintenance, and records systems.

This is a Department built entirely for children and young people and their communities. Our ultimate goal is to work together to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well, and learning.

The child is at the centre of everything we do and the way we do it.

Duties

As part of the school/college office team, provide a broad range of general administrative support consisting of effective and efficient client services and advice, and operation of school/college based accounting, maintenance, and records systems.

Period of Appointment

Ongoing - start date of 28 April 2025

Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

Hours per fortnight

22 hours per fortnight, 42 weeks per year

Minimum Requirements
  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
