Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable systems to support our applications and services
  • Develop and operate monitoring tools and dashboards to ensure system performance and reliability
  • Automate operational processes and tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system outages and performance issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve the reliability and quality of applications
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide support and ensure service uptime
  • Document processes, incidents, and solutions for future reference and team training
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar technical role
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and practices (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset for working in a team environment
