Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic management of a high-quality industrial/commercial portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Oversee all aspects of asset management, including lease renewals/options, compliance, maintenance, rent reviews, and arrears.
• Arrange routine inspections and coordinate capital works, repairs, and contractor engagement.
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation and provide strategic input into asset performance.
• Assist in mentoring or supporting junior team members as required.

What We're Looking For

• An experienced commercial property management professional.
• Experienced with Re-Leased CRM preferred.
• A strong understanding of leases, outgoings, asset optimisation, and property legislation.
• NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Proven ability to work autonomously while contributing to a broader team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Immediate start
