Responsibilities
  • Delivering incredible and memorable table service that keeps guests coming back
  • Managing your section with confidence, precision, and genuine care
  • Showcasing your knowledge by recommending dishes, pairing wines, and creating unforgettable dining moments
  • Collaborating with the Head Sommelier and Kitchen team to ensure a smooth service flow
  • Upholding the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Promptly reporting health or safety hazards, incidents, faults, repairs, or cleaning needs
Qualifications
  • Good understanding of food & beverage culture
  • Dynamic and willing to take on new challenges
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, busy, fast-paced environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in a hatted-style restaurant
  • A desire to be part of a diverse, fun and friendly environment
  • Understanding of wine and wine styles, cocktails and premium spirits
  • Genuine passion for restaurants and hospitality
  • Excellent personal presentation and people skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence in managing a busy section
