What you'll be doing
  • Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance frontend solutions in partnership with your team.
  • Stay current with technology trends and apply responsible engineering principles to drive innovation.
  • Lead and promote engineering best practices and participate in cross-domain forums such as FrontEnd and Architecture Guilds.
  • Manage system health and address technical debt within owned services. Mentor junior engineers in solution design and software development.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents, and proactively improve system reliability.
  • Continuously refine processes to improve software quality and reduce incidents.
What we are looking for
  • Strong experience with React, NodeJS and/or TypeScript.
  • Proven ability to design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading by example.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends and applying best practices.
  • Commitment to operational excellence, including incident response and system maintenance.
