We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer on a contract basis to help create exceptional user experiences and intuitive user interfaces for our client's digital products.

Role Overview: The UX/UI Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered, visually appealing, and effective digital experiences. The role involves both UX research and UI design, with a strong focus on creating seamless interactions and interfaces across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UX Design:
    • Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
    • Analyze user feedback and data to derive insights.
    • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
  • UI Design:
    • Design aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces.
    • Ensure designs are responsive and scalable across various devices and screen sizes.
    • Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
    • Maintain consistency in visual design across the product.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
    • Ensure a seamless handoff of designs to the development team, including clear specifications and assets.
  • Usability Testing & Iteration:
    • Conduct usability testing on prototypes and products to ensure the effectiveness of designs.
    • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and test results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across both UX and UI design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and interaction design.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and web/mobile design standards.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
