Client Services Administration Specialist

This role presents an opportunity to deliver exceptional service as the primary point of contact for ORIX clients.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner, including requests for quotations, extensions, vehicle orders, general enquiries, and payout figures.
- Support clients in ordering replacement vehicles ahead of lease expirations, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Promote ORIX products, services, and online tools to enhance customer benefits and satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to identify opportunities for sales or cross-selling.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the team and deliver outstanding service.
- Proven experience in customer-focused roles.
- Excellent communication skills and numerical proficiency.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Able to identify opportunities and convert them into leases.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and adaptability to new systems.
- Attention to detail, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving skills are essential.
