Client Services Administration Specialist

This role presents an opportunity to deliver exceptional service as the primary point of contact for ORIX clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Resolve customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner, including requests for quotations, extensions, vehicle orders, general enquiries, and payout figures.
  2. Support clients in ordering replacement vehicles ahead of lease expirations, ensuring seamless transitions.
  3. Promote ORIX products, services, and online tools to enhance customer benefits and satisfaction.
  4. Maintain regular communication with customers to identify opportunities for sales or cross-selling.
  5. Perform additional tasks as required to support the team and deliver outstanding service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-focused roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and numerical proficiency.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Able to identify opportunities and convert them into leases.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and adaptability to new systems.
  • Attention to detail, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving skills are essential.
