EXPERIENCED BARISTA 3-4 days p/w - Convoy Moonee Ponds

Position: experienced casual barista, 3-4 days

We have an exciting position for an experienced BARISTA (minimum 2-3 years experience) to join our front of house team at one of Melbourne's popular venues, Convoy Moonee Ponds, focusing on fun and modern, produce-driven food. The right candidate will be passionate, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Location – Pascoe Vale Rd, Moonee Ponds

This is a casual position, 3-4 days a week, with no night shifts.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Be responsible for general barista and customer service operations
  • Develop your professional skills with career opportunities within an exciting, fast-moving company
  • Maintain standards and systems within the venue

You'll be perfect for this role if you have:

  • A passion for coffee and hospitality
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar barista role
  • The ability to work independently on the coffee machine
  • Experience in high-volume environments
  • A passion for creating the ultimate customer experience
