Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with extensive experience in finance systems implementation and optimization to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, financial strategy, and ERP systems. As CFO, you will lead the finance function and play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, driving efficiency, and supporting scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Financial Leadership
  • Develop and execute the financial strategy to support business goals and growth.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and board on financial matters, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Manage capital structure, cash flow, and financing activities.
    • Systems and Process Optimization
    • Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP and financial systems (e.g., Epicor, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
    • Streamline financial reporting, cost accounting, and data integration processes across departments.
    • Champion automation and digital tools to increase operational efficiency and data accuracy.
      • Financial Operations
      • Oversee all aspects of financial management including accounting, treasury, FP&A, tax, and audit.
      • Implement and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and compliance with regulations.
      • Drive cost analysis and margin improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
      • Build and lead a high-performing finance team; mentor and develop talent.
      • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
      Key Qualifications
      • Education & Certifications
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
      • CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA (preferred).
        • Experience
        • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role.
        • Significant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.
        • Demonstrated success leading or overseeing ERP and financial systems implementations or upgrades.
        • Proven experience in managing financial operations for mid-sized to large enterprises.
          • Skills
          • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and manufacturing finance metrics.
          • Expertise in systems transformation and data-driven decision-making.
          • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
          • Hands-on and strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic, growing environments.
          Preferred Systems Experience
          • Proficiency with major ERP platforms (e.g., Epicor, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
          • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and financial modeling software.
          • Understanding of systems integration, automation, and reporting frameworks.
