CAMILLA is looking for passionate retail superstars to join our tribe on a Full-time basis at our Harbour Town Outlet Boutique on the Gold Coast. This role requires an Angel who is self-motivated and passionate about our amazing brand, as you will often be introducing it to customers for the first time

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using key selling skills; focusing on KPIs to maximise each selling opportunity.
• Confidently be a brand ambassador for CAMILLA, embracing the culture and values wholeheartedly to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
• Build relationships with both new and existing CAMILLA Tribe members.
• Support with all store operational tasks including stock management, operating the POS system, and handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
• Support the Boutique Manager and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe.

• Experience within a KPI driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• A positive, "can-do" attitude, who enjoys working as one part of a successful team.
• Flexible ability to work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and Public Holidays is a must.
