In addition to your base salary, you will receive the Dental Officer Rural Incentive Scheme (DORIS) allowance of up to $20,000 per annum.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a senior clinical leadership position with district-wide responsibilities.

The role is primarily clinical, working alongside the Clinical Director and the District Oral Health Manager. It involves providing high-level clinical treatment, mentorship, and overseeing management and governance of the Oral Health Fee for Service Scheme (OHFFSS). The Clinical Lead will also be responsible for staff training, policy development, and establishing standards and practices.

Located midway between Sydney and Brisbane, Coffs Harbour is known for its beaches, the Big Banana amusement park, national parks, marine parks, abundant wildlife, seasonal whales, and coral reefs.
