Overview

Part Time Sales Assistant - Emporium role at Seed Heritage with Seed Heritage's Emporium Concept Store. You will connect with customers to deliver a one-of-a-kind retail experience, demonstrated through sales expertise, product knowledge and relationship building.

The role
  • Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction.
  • Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
  • Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
  • ASIC pass provided.
The ideal candidate
  • Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style.
  • Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
  • A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
