About the role:

As a Graduate Engineer at Origin, you'll be part of a team vital to powering our future, supporting the energy transition while contributing as a leading gas producer for both Australian and international markets.

Starting in February 2026, you'll undertake a transformative three-year program with hands-on learning, role rotations, comprehensive training, mentorship, and development opportunities to shape your career.

You'll work in various roles across the business in site and office environments, gaining a strong technical foundation and diverse experiences outside your core discipline.

What you will bring
  • Degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Petroleum, Mechatronics, or Civil.
  • Proactive problem-solvers, clear communicators, and strong collaborators who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy applying technical knowledge to real-world challenges.
  • Enthusiasm to grow engineering expertise across diverse projects and contribute to Australia's energy transformation and sustainability.
  • Primarily based in Brisbane, with opportunities at both office and operational sites.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency is required, with availability to start full-time in February 2026.
