Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safety and security while providing scalable capacity at the lowest possible cost for customers.
Want to work in the largest data centers in the world? We're looking for skilled Data Center Technicians with a passion for technology.
You will install and troubleshoot infrastructure that supports the AWS cloud, working with logistics and other teams to maintain daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Install and configure racks of hosts according to internal SLAs
- Diagnose and repair server, storage, and network device issues, including physical part replacement
- Remediate or recover physical power issues on racks and participate in Data Center power & cooling events
- Shift work (4 days on, 4 days off, including night shifts)
- Physical component requiring ability to lift and rack equipment using lifting equipment
- Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle to travel between sites
- 1+ years computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- 1+ years computer networking experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution under pressure
