In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to help our clients manage user identities and access rights effectively. You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet business requirements and enhance identity governance
  • Analyze and gather project requirements through stakeholder engagement and translate them into functional specifications
  • Design and develop IdentityIQ workflows, connectors, and policies to automate processes
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance of SailPoint applications
  • Provide training and support to users and team members on SailPoint functionalities and best practices
  • Develop documentation and training materials to facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Stay informed on SailPoint updates, industry trends, and identity governance best practices to enhance system capabilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a SailPoint Consultant or in a similar identity management role
  • Deep understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ functionality and identity governance principles
  • Proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting for customization of workflows
  • Experience with identity and access management protocols and frameworks (e.g., SAML, OAuth, RBAC)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and user training
