Customer Solutions Advisor - Part time - Brisbane

Responsibilities
  • Be a customer champion by discovering customer needs and helping them use technology in daily life.
  • Provide the best value solutions for customers to fit their lifestyle and support technical queries, including guidance on using the Vodafone app so customers can self-serve at home.
  • Stay with customers as they explore devices, accessories, and perks and help them get value from our products and services.

You bring a spark of joy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction. You're an excellent communicator, adaptable, and excited about technology. You're keen to learn about the latest gadgets and trends, and your positive energy and attentiveness help you connect with customers.
