THE TRAINEESHIP OPPORTUNITY

This traineeship is for the term of two (2) years commencing the end of 2025. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake hands on experience in a work environment whilst completing a nationally recognised qualification, completing a Cert III in Water Industry Operations.

We are looking for a driven individual who is punctual, keen to learn and has an interest in hands on field work, science, technology & mechanical work.

The Trainee Operator - Water Operations is responsible for participating in all identified training and development activities within the agreed timescales while also following and interpretating instructions as directed by the Supervisor.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

NSW Drivers LicenceDriver Licence (P1 or P2 is acceptable) Higher School Certificate or Record of School Achievement

Salary range: Grade T4 - $827.40 per week excluding 12% superannuation. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.

Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to undertake a Pre-employment Medical Screening including Alcohol & Other Drugs Testing.
