Nick and Carrie are a leading content creator duo with a global audience of over 11 million YouTube subscribers, 9 million TikTok followers, and millions more across Instagram and Snapchat. Under their company, Indohonkie Pty Ltd, they are building a dynamic creative studio and media brand focused on storytelling that's original, fast-moving, and culturally relevant.

We're looking for a Creative Producer to join our in-house team someone with a deep understanding of digital content, excellent production instincts, and a drive to bring big ideas to life. This role will also play a key part in the production of an upcoming podcast series.

Key Responsibilities:

* Research, pitch, and develop trend-driven concepts for YouTube, social platforms, and podcast episodes

* Lead end-to-end content production: sourcing props, booking crew, managing shoot logistics, and supporting podcast recording

* Oversee on-set production to ensure creative alignment and efficient execution

* Manage post-production across video and audio content with clear storytelling direction

* Track and analyze performance data to inform creative strategy

* Collaborate closely with Nick, Carrie, and our core team to push creative boundaries across formats

What We're Looking For:

* Passionate in YouTube video-production.

* Proven experience in video or podcast production

* Strong grasp of digital storytelling and social media trends

* Excellent organizational and project management skills

* Hands-on experience with filming, lighting, sound, and basic audio setup

* Effective communicator with a solution-oriented mindset

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

* Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or similar
