We are looking for a high-performing and experienced Solar State Manager to expand our company in Queensland. Green & Gold Solar Australia is a leading provider of energy solutions in Australia, delivering government-backed energy upgrades and renewable energy projects to both residential and commercial clients. We're looking for the right person to manage the business in Queensland - managing the sales team, admin team, installation team etc.

Your RoleAs the state manager, your focus will be managing all areas of the business and expanding it within Queensland.
This is not a "sit back and oversee" kind of job. We're after someone who knows the industry and is ready to roll up their sleeves from day one. This is not a role for someone to come and stamp their authority, but to lead a team of driven and committed staff needing direction and leadership.
You'll be leading day-to-day operations, managing teams, improving systems, and ensuring the business runs efficiently across sales, installation, compliance, and admin functions.
This role is perfect for someone who's done it before and wants to do it better—with a great team behind them.
What We're Looking For- Oversee all key departments: sales, admin, operations, and installations
- Ensure smooth and compliant operations
- Drive performance, productivity, and project timelines
- Work closely with the Director on strategic growth
- Identify process gaps and implement efficient systems
- Report regularly on key metrics, risks, and team performance
- Lead from the front—support, guide, and hold the team accountable
