This is a hands-on role that blends technical analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and problem-solving. You'll work across internal teams and external providers to ensure data integrity, streamline operations, and help drive continuous improvements.**Responsibilities:*** Provide escalated support and problem resolution for users of the Class administration system, with a focus on data feeds.* Conduct technical analysis to investigate feed issues and performance trends.* Raise and maintain Jira tickets for data feed issues requiring escalation to the Feeds Development Team.* Manage relationships with data feed providers, ensuring ongoing accuracy and reliability of feeds.* Collaborate with internal teams to document procedures and policies for feed query handling.* Analyse and gather requirements for new feed features, enhancements, and system improvements.* Monitor feed health and proactively address anomalies or disruptions in the data pipeline.* Support client and internal stakeholder enquiries, escalating complex issues when needed.* Contribute to maintaining and improving the Class user guide for data feeds.* Communicate feedback, product perceptions, and emerging issues to the Feeds Development Team.* Use Confluence and other documentation tools to create and update internal and client-facing support material.* Assist with identifying opportunities to streamline feed operations and enhance data quality.**Requirements:*** 2+ experience in software company servicing those industries or having worked in a software development environment or B2B SaaS (software as a service) or accounting public practice or administrator servicing the wealth management industry such as SMSF or Portfolio Management.* Industry and domain knowledge across finance, accounting, or wealth management is recommended but not required.* Excellent problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an easily understandable way to diverse audiences.* Skills with the ability to work with a variety of data structures and formats.* Experience using issue and bug tracking tools effectively.* Proficient in data manipulation using tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar methods.* Demonstrate curiosity, a desire to learn, and adaptability to evolving business and technology needs.* Familiarity with user-centred design and UI-focused approaches is a plus.**The Recruitment Process*** Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.* Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
