Early Childhood Teacher - Educational Leader

Position Overview

As a Teacher - Educational Leader at Goodstart Armadale, you'll inspire a love of learning in children, guiding their development through energetic and purposeful teaching practices. You will build strong relationships with families and support children's sense of belonging and thriving. Your role includes mentoring staff and collaborating with the leadership team to develop high-quality early learning programs to achieve excellent outcomes for children.

  • Support high-quality early learning in an 85-place centre.
  • Focus on the 3-5 age group, fostering school readiness.
  • Enjoy dedicated 4-hour non-contact time for planning and mentoring.
  • Guide up to 20 children daily with tailored learning experiences.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent (ACECQA approved).
  • Current WA Working with Children Check and First Aid.
