The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to support the Financial Lines / Liability underwriting team in business development, focusing on underwriting fundamentals, client relationships, and portfolio profitability.

Your New Role

Daily responsibilities may include:

  • Reviewing, evaluating, and pricing business, supporting underwriting decisions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Underwriting new and existing policies, adhering to organizational standards.
  • Risk identification and mitigation through due diligence and escalation.
  • Collaborating with senior underwriters to learn best practices.
  • Maintaining awareness of legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Contributing to risk recording and measurement.
