BDS Mechanical has a full time position for a mobile Compliance Manager to join our team in Queensland. This position will require travel to our BDS Workshops across QLD to ensure processes are in place and procedures are being followed. This is a permanent position with multiple paths to progress in your career and a perfect opportunity to join a large, secure, reputable company.

About us

BDS Mechanical Repairs is a privately owned growing business that offers mechanical, auto electrical and welding repairs both in house and onsite with 22 fixed workshop locations throughout Queensland. We have over 160 field service units and the team at BDS cover over 600,000 km2 of Queensland and Western Australia, meaning we're never too far away.

Experience, skills and qualifications
  • Previous experience in a quality control / compliance position
  • Must have current open drivers license
  • MYOB experience
  • Experience with invoicing and analysing financial statements
  • Sound PC skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
Your job duties include
  • Spending time at each of our BDS Workshops to make sure the BDS processes and procedures are being followed.
  • Ensuring that BDS services meet the standards and expectations of customers and regulators
  • Auditing locations on processes and procedures.
  • Implementing improvements and changes where needed.
  • Quality controlling sites
  • Training new starters on the processes
  • Will require regular travel
