Overview

Casual Retail Assistants (Uniform Shop & Book Room). Join our friendly team on a casual basis at our Uniform shop and Book Room across campuses to assist with peak periods and leave coverage. Our shops are open weekdays until 4.30pm, with no evenings or weekends. Peak season is November to February (with a break due to School closure 19 December 2025 to 13 January 2026).

About the role
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Undertaking housekeeping tasks to ensure the shop is presented to the highest standards
  • Ensuring sales and returns, EFTPOS, credit card, student and staff transactions are recorded accurately
  • Assisting with stocktake
About you
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail roles
  • A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
  • A positive attitude with the ability to maintain effective working relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
