As a Senior Technology Site Consultant, you will be accountable for delivering a superior Customer and Dealer experience for new Condition Monitoring (CM) sites by managing deployment expectations, enabling faster process orientation, and guiding a more consistent engagement journey. You will achieve this through excellence in communication, organization, and team collaboration. The role also coordinates the transition to the assigned CMA and operations team and validates key systems are in place for long-term services execution.

• Site Setup and Superior Initial Customer / Dealer Experience: Ensure all parties understand roles and responsibilities that lead to successful CM service outcomes; facilitate and/or support CM kickoff and transition meetings; provide onsite dealer and customer CM service overview via commercial communication excellence; generate key organizational contacts and a communication plan for new CM sites; procure critical customer and dealer information to support setup and deployment tasks.
• Site And Service Execution Validation: Ensure the site is properly connected and operating to support CM service excellence and avoid negative Customer / Dealer startup experiences; confirm all equipment enrollment requirements and subscriptions; ensure all key parties have necessary permissions and system access; maintain internal records related to site onboarding (e.g., Salesforce); conduct periodic Customer / Dealer commercial experience check-ins.
• Team Capability And Efficiency Enhancement: Collect the C (Voice of Customer) feedback to improve onboarding and support internal Cat organizations with CM-related commercial projects.
